Come one come all to the greatest event of the year!

Join us Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 2:50 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. for food, games, friends, and lots of fun!

All online sales close Tuesday, October 28. Wristbands can be purchased day of, Wednesday October 29, at the check in table in the Cafeteria at an increased price of $35.

Carnival is one of the most memorable events of the year, full of games, rides, activities, food, and fun! If this is your first time attending, get ready! If you have been before, welcome back, this year is going to be awesome!

Carnival happens right after school, to make it as easy as possible for us to reach our goal of 100% attendance. It is so much fun, you wouldn't want to miss it! Read below to learn all about this great event!

Tickets & Wristbands

Wristbands are required for all children in Kindergarten and above.

💵 Day-of price: $35
Adults and children younger than Kindergarten attend free. Extra wristbands can also be purchased for older school-aged siblings or family members who would like to attend.

All rides, activities, games, and attractions are included with the purchase of a wristband—no extra tickets or cash needed!

All online sales close Tuesday, October 28 at midnight.
Wristbands can be purchased day-of at the Spirit Wear table in the Cafeteria for $35 (increased price).

Spirit Level ($1,250), Social Level ($2,500), Party Level ($5,000), Legacy Level ($10,000), and Corporate Sponsors will each receive one wristband per EE student — no need to purchase separately.

Volunteers Needed

Lend a hand at Carnival! Parent Volunteers help make Carnival Possible!

Sign up for one or more shifts and we will direct you where to help! Volunteers will help with concession sales, spirit wear sales, and making it the greatest day for all our mustangs!

Food & Concessions

Food and concessions will be available for purchase using credit cards only (no cash).
Please note: there will be no pre-paid food cards this year.

New This Year: Fast Pass for Treats!

Pay in advance for your favorite Carnival snacks and skip the food lines!
Each vendor will have a list of students who have prepaid — just hop in the Pre-Paid Line and grab your treat!

No food cards this year — this new Fast Pass system makes it quick and easy to enjoy your treats.

Update your Smart Tag

Students attending Carnival will wait in their classrooms after school. Teachers will distribute wristbands there. Each student attending must have a designated adult chaperone — students will not be released to Carnival without one. Adults should meet their students in their classrooms after school and walk together to the event.

Please update your child’s Smart Tag to “Carnival” and indicate the name of their chaperone. Smart Tags must be updated by 1:30 p.m. on October 29.

Students who are not attending Carnival will be dismissed as usual according to Smart Tag settings.

Dismissal and Parking

Dismissal Instructions: Students will only be released to their parent/guardian unless otherwise noted in SMART Tag. All students must be picked up from their designated location (see below).

SMART Tag: If your student is attending the Carnival, you MUST submit a CARNIVAL dismissal change in your SMART tag APP *Please note - the cutoff for all Dismissal changes is at 1:30pm on the day of Carnival.

You may make the change anytime between now and 10/29 by 1:30pm.
No changes will be permitted after the cutoff time and your child will be dismissed by his/her Default dismissal or Dismissal change for the day.
Please note - all Community Ed classes are cancelled on the day of the Carnival, 10/29.
If your child will NOT be attending Easy Care, YPW, or a Community Ed class, please notify these organizations of the absence.

Car Riders: All Car riders will be picked up at Lower Car on Carnival day. The Middle Car lot will be closed.

Parking: We encourage you to walk, bike, car share, etc. because parking will be limited.

*Please note that Middle Car will be closed, so all after school Car Riders who are not attending the Carnival will be picked up from Lower Car.

Our bottom lot (Lower Car) behind the cafeteria/gym will be open for limited parent parking.
The gate will unlock at 2:50pm to allow you to pick up your child from their designated classroom for Carnival (see table above).
After the buses leave at 2:55pm, the top lot will be available for parking, and the top gate will be unlocked. Gates open at 2:50 pm, please use the gates to enter the campus instead of through the Front Office.
Do not try to park in the top lot until the buses depart and please do not try to go through the gate until all children have boarded the buses.
The Middle Car lot will be blocked off and not be available for parking or pickup.
There is no parking available in any of our neighbor’s lots.
They may tow anyone who parks on their property, so please plan to carpool, walk, rideshare, or ride bikes.
