25-26 Grade Level Volunteer Interest Form

Grade Level Volunteer Opportunities open Friday, August 8, when classroom teachers are announced.

Read below for classroom volunteer descriptions. Note* some grade levels have additional, activity specific, volunteer opportunities. 

Homeroom Parents 
Act as liaison between Teachers, EEPTO, and the other parents in the class. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere through playdates and parent socials. Welcome new families to the class. Recruit volunteers for classroom and school events. Assist with classroom parties if needed. Represent class parents in extensions of good wishes and gifting to the teachers for special days, holidays, and any important life event. Attend one in person meeting at the beginning of school.

Class Party Coordinators 
Assist teachers and homeroom parents with class party planning and volunteer recruitment for in-class Fall Party. Assist Student Enrichment VP with planning ,set up, and day of coordination for school wide winter philanthropy party, and school wide End of Year party
